I thought you might enjoy knowing about is this: I have recently been integrating with some old parts of myself and as the integration began (I was wearing a QuantumUB pendant) I felt a build up of pressure at the base of my neck in the back of the head. This increased to a bit of a headache and when I did a little research, I found out it was because the energy of the pendant made the integration more challenging.
